Reporting requirements for funded research projects and networks

On behalf of the consortium, the coordinator will be required to submit scientific reports to the JPIAMR secretariat (reports.jpiamr@vr.se) according to the Monitoring policy for JPIAMR funded projects and networks.

Reporting of funded research projects

The coordinator must submit scientific reports (mid-term and final reports) on the joint project, on behalf of the project consortium. Funded partners in a consortium may also need to submit reports individually to their funding organisation if required by national/regional regulations. The project coordinator is also expected to submit an ex-post report three years after the closure of the project. Please find below the templates for the mid-term and final-term reporting for reference. The templates are subjected to minor modifications as per the objectives of the call and the actual template will be shared with the coordinator by the JPIAMR secretariat before the reporting.

Reporting of funded research networks

The coordinator must  submit a final report to JPIAMR secretariat no later than two months after the ending of the network and present the outcomes of the network activities at a final workshop on behalf of the consortium. The coordinator will also write a short description of the network and its achievements to be published in the workshop report. Two years after the end of the funding, an ex-post evaluation of the networks will be performed. Please find below the template for the final -term reporting for reference. The template is subjected to minor modifications as per the objectives of the call and the actual template will be shared with the coordinator by the JPIAMR secretariat before the reporting.
