Beyond supporting transnational AMR research, JPIAMR organises scoping workshops, strategic workshops as well as policy workshops aiming knowledge translation and foresight. JPIAMR also supports the AMR scientific community through shared resources, data platforms, capacity programmes and the JPIAMR Virtual Research Institute. It facilitates interface of prioritised research with policy impact through international coordination of AMR research and international policy actors.

The JPIAMR-Virtual Research Institute (JPIAMR-VRI) is a virtual platform that will increase coordination, improve visibility of the AMR research networks, research performing institutes/centres and infrastructures.
