JPIAMR, in partnership with Innovate UK KTN, are hosting this innovation workshop to provide information about the challenges in translating academic research to commercial and not-for-profit technology solutions. We will explore the main barriers to industry in developing diagnostic tools for drug-resistant infections for human and animal health and how JPIAMR and other stakeholders (industry, academia, funders, and regulatory agencies, among others) can work together to improve the translation of these developments.

JPIAMR is in the process of updating the JPIAMR Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda, contributing to the development of the candidate One Health AMR Partnership. This activity will support to this process by allowing us to collect gaps and needs in the area of diagnostics innovation for drug resistant infections. The workshop is supported by the “CSA DESIGN OH AMR.”
