ARTS 2.0

Antibiotic Resistant Target Seeker (ARTS 2.0) is a tool to automate the process of performing target direct genome mining, search for potential novel antibiotic targets, and prioritize putative secondary metabolite gene clusters. The tool provides the opportunity to explore secondary metabolite gene clusters and uncover new resistant targets; screen secondary metabolite gene clusters for known targets; find unique metabolism and resistance factors in SM gene clusters that might lead to the discovery of novel antibiotic targets.
